Linux desktops ussually look the best! What distro and desktop is that btw? I suppose the GUI is not KDE or Gnome, the distro is obviously not (K)Ubuntu, SuSe, Debian or Fedora.

BTW, I will soon post my Ubuntu desktop

Here is my XP desktop, I won't post my laptop's since that Vista stuff is too ugly (even after removing that "circus" on the right).

I like my icon sorting system a lot, and the portals (with the white arrow in a green field) are a great manner to quickly acces my study materials folders and my "other" documents. If MS doesn't do the UI design then I will do it

Of course my Radeon HD 4850 can handle it. 1280x1024 FTW!

Sure, though the theme (which I've modified a bit) is a clone of leopard. Anyway, window blinds is a pretty cool app. It doesn't hog ram and is super easy to use

Here the promised Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy Heron pics. Click on them if you want to see them full-size.

Not that spectacular, but it is quite a fresh installation so I should customise it a bit more. I like it this way, though

I think I'm still at 7.04 on this sys. Don't really see much of a reason to upgrade as long as everything works the way I want it to.
