Alrighty ladies and gentlemen Gamer's Hell has got some good stuff to give away this month! The first contest we are going to start with is SoulCalibur IV.



Here is the deal. You have until Saturday August 16th to tell me, in this thread, why or why not Darth Vader and Yoda should or should not be in the game. What do you win for voicing your opinion? Prizing is as follows:

1st prize: SC4 game (system of your choice), SC4 bag, and SC4 shirt
2nd prize: SC4 game (system of your choice) and SC4 shirt
3rd prize: SC4 shirt

SW shouldn't be in a SC game because SW sux ass which turns SC into ass. besides SC is about oldschool swords (and other weapons) fighting and not glowing dildo action.

Star Wars shouldn't be in the damn game because its not Soul Calibur with them in it....

on that note ive really not played any of the others then the one for DreamCast... thx god for the new kick ass XBL arcade release!

I believe that Vader shouldn't be in for straight up balance purposes, how is a little girl with crecent blades match up to a light saber, the force, and a giant man in black. Its like fighting a futuristic android johnny cash.

Honestly, to me having Vader in the game just makes him feel like a cheap $2 whore... And don't get me started about Yoda. He doesn't even come up to most of the characters' kneecaps for godssakes... Spawn, Link (to a lesser extent), and Heihatchi I could see with SC2, but characters that wield glowing energy swords that by all means should be able to cut through anything the other characters have just seems patently stupid.

I see them as a way to draw in gamers, great for marketing, it's creating a ton of buzz, but it doesn't fit the universe at all. In any sort of "real fanfiction" Yoda/Vader wouldn't even need the sabers to do the killing.

Do not fit. In. Universe.

Good for laffs though.
