Thread: suddenly stopped working

    ok here is what happened
    yesterday i played a game everything was working fine
    today i turn on my computer and there is no sound at all only noice
    i have a via chipset ac97 i think its called.
    And YES i have tried to install the newest drivers no luck on that either

    help needed fast

    People make threads to fast about there problems nowadays
    they never give it time or anything, its like " i install new drivers and then it will work :thumbup: .... no please wait a couple of days and then post if you tried EVERYTHING ... not just installed new drivers !

    You think people post fast, Try working for an ISP. People call in if it take more than 2 sec to open their email.

    What's so wrong with posting about your problem so fast? Better safe than sorry.
    If GDA doesn't know a lot about computers isn't it better that he asks us for help rather than risking screwing up his PC even more? :bangin:

    Yeah there are a few things that should have been moved but I have been a little bisy lately and i assume you have also! But we shall make up for it! I have a feeling some ppls sigs need to be "updated"

    Actually it sounded like the classic 'I forgot to turn the power on my speakers on and now there's no sound coming out! pleasse helps me!!1111" problem :P

    Hey, I had to call my ISP twice just this week...But it was for a serious problem.


    My cable signal wasn't good so my modem kept getting disconnected a few minutes after I'd plug it in...For about 1-2 years since I've been with my ISP...They came once, in February, changed the splitters, which didn't help at all, then they finally fixed it this morning...It turns out the coax cables weren't good enough also.

    So what really is my point, you ask?...Well that's a good question, because I've lost track of my point also.
