Is my xbox broken?!

ok, here's the problem:

It creaks all the time!!!
when i'm playin a game, all i hear is my bloody xbox creaking!

also, i havent seen how far it can go yet, but if i pull at the top of my xbox the plastic starts to lift up

As well as that, some of my games slow up, halo and ghost recon being the biggest culprits.

so... is it worth gettin my xbox traded in? and if i do, is there any way of keepin my live account without needing a memory card?

Go to the store you bought it .... OR send it back to m$ or something, they will probaly fix it for s smal fee $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ CATCHING

look around on forums for fixes to those things... I couldn't get my PS2 to read purple discs, and found out all I had to do was put vinyl on the top to weigh it down...

Take it to a walmart (even if you didn't buy it from there). They don't require a receipt from them and all they do is call microsoft and ask if its still under warranty.

So walmart will give you a new one.

He comes from Engand, we dot have a walmart, only Asda in UK is owned by wallmart, but its not the same B)

ive already had it x-changed once b4 in game, my dad got in a mood wiv me and yanked the leads out which made the port go dodgy and it smelld of burning wenver i put leads in!

the only prob i hav is that it was over a year ago that i bought it :Oo:
