Food!
Over the years, Inter and I have talked about cooking in the IRC channel. He has posted pics of food way more than I have though as I just end up eating it and take no pics.
I figured that some of you may be chefs as well and thought this would be a great place to show your cooking skills off!
The following is what I made today. Of course, it is not how I served it to my kids.

Made some London Broil for the kids today.

I'm one of the ones who frequently cooks over here as well, but as of recently a lot of the stuff I've been given to make has been fairly "meh", so I'll look into getting a pic or two up once I get to do some of the things I'd prefer to cook (made a damn good cassoulet a couple months ago).
I probably could have made it look better, but the kids didn't really appreciate me screwing around with their food before they ate it

Cant remember what this is as my cousin brought it yesterday and this is only half of it! Damn tasty too!
Sometime in the next few weeks I'll have a couple things to put up, tomorrow I'm doing the roast beef again, and possibly sometime next week I'll be doing a 'friendlier' cassoulet again as well.

Here be the roast beef. I had to vary from the normal recipe a bit thanks to the fact that I couldn't find a 4-5lbs. top round roast at costco yesterday, so I had to make due with another cut that's similar.
