Has this vibe like the old KFC bowl thingies from the look of it. XD
Never have gotten why some people hated those things, I always ended up mixing my corn and mashed taters together, and the chicken is just bonus IMO.
As for the cassoulet, it, um... Well it kind of disappeared the same night it was made. Literally. I guess the smoked garlic sausage I bought for it was just too tasty and the rest of the family went bonkers for it.

Had a bison burger last night and have to say, it was not bad at all! I didn't add cheese or any seasoning to it as I wanted to taste just the meat, unlike my cousin who put garlic, pepper, salt, and other crap on there. It didn't have that gamey taste I thought it was going to either. When I am not broke as shit, think I'll be picking up more of that and I highly recommend it.

Oh yeah, Bison's dang tasty and a lot healthier than beef. It's drier normally as well, but tastier too so it's a wash. And to boot it plays pretty well with the same spices you'd use on beef, as well as many of the same applications with just a few tweaks.
