I got the game yesterday and played for about four or five hours and it is not really that bad! The first one was pretty good and to be honest, the second one really wasn't on my game radar. However, since there hasn't been a whole lot of games that I care about released lately, I stuck on my rent list. Glad I did too!

Prototype 2 is pretty much like the first one, from what I can remember, but this version is a lot bloodier and there are more swear words in it than any other game I have played in recent memory! The swearing is funny in some places though. Seriously, not really a game for the kids. Nice open world, unlocks, running up buildings is always fun, splitting people in half, ripping the tow missile system off apcs is quite enjoyable, and I dig the upgrade system. There are some faults with it though. Such as there are wayyyyyyy too many cutscenes! I am not kidding. They are everywhere. Another thing is the controls. They are not bad perse, they just don't feel 'right'. Not sure how to explain it.

Anyhoo, for those of you waiting for Diablo 3 or Max Payne to come out, I would recommend at least giving Prototype 2 a rent. And now it is time for me to go play.
