I think it is about time to have a Wii U topic in here since Nintendo released a pre-E3 video yesterday, which you can still watch here:
In it they reveal the final look of the Wii U Controller:
As you can see, they added analog sticks in place of the circle pads, which they should have. It also has a near-field communication (NFC) reader which is used to scan things into the game. I think that could be nifty, and it also has a TV control button which can switch back and forth from the TV to the Wii U. Not to mention, if the Wii U is off the controller can be used as a universal TV remote.
The Wii U will also have a Pro controller:
