Achim (yaya, producer of Panzers ;) ) made it with his friends at Nekrosoft.
It's the official game of the independt cinema's Troma Studios, with characters from their movies and so on. There's much more information on Achim's site at http://www.producedby.de in the "work" section.

But this Game is Bullshit!!!
Its a bit like Jagged Alliance, but not hlaf so good.
I cant remind a Game-Magazin that give mor then 40% to this Game. Most gave them much less.
Also I'm a big Troma Fan I wont buy this Game.
