The N-Gage

Did anyone get to play one of those heaps known as the N-Gage? Don't you agree that it's early demise was very much deserved? I think it sucked. The design of the console was awful, the controls were ill-designed, the vertical screen was awkward to look at and for designers to use and the games are generally appalling. There must be a good reason why 90% of the games on it (mainly conversions of classics) are utter tripe.

I agree that this is one of the, if not the worst handhelds ever designed. Nokia will be totally redesigning the hardware for the Christmas season this year so maybe it'll breath some fresh air into this smoldering pile of crap.

Reviews of alot of the hardware, accessories, and software that came out with/for it.

I never really looked at the thing, but i'm doing the Zodiac end of this month.. supposed to be 10x better with MP3, PDA, and gaming access....200$ system

I don't get why people think they need a game system built into their phone.. just get a cell phone, and with the money you save, get a gaming system jeez. a phone is good enough but everybody thinks they will be so "hip" with a phone that can play games.. if i wanna play games, my computer will suit me fine.
until I see a phone that can play UT2K4... i think i'll stick to my computer.

you don't leave the house to use your computer, you go home to use a computer so there's no reason to need a gaming machine when you're out. or just buy a sweet laptop.

the zodiac does indeed look promising, it also has loads of people from the modding scene investing time in it so it looks like it will be a perfect console for emulation freaks
