Can anyone shine any light on a problem im having?..just over a month ago i traded my amd3200+,asus a78nx-x mb for a amd643500,asus a8v deluxe mb,1gig corsair 400xms,9800pro.On installing the new kit the thing wouldnt power up i wittled the problem down the old psu"cheap 400watt"my friend was kind enough to fit his spare 450watt which seemed to do the trick but on installing asus probe my 12v line is only showing as 11.10v and yesterday i had to press the power button a couple of times to kickstart it.I think the new psu is another cheap effort "no name" but the extra 50watt was enough to get things going to begin with.I only use my computer for heavy gaming so am i temping fate continuing to use it until i get a new registered psu and any ideas what psu to get im obviously thinking safety first but am also wondering would i get a bit of a performance gain?...cheers. :bucky!:

Enermax is pretty reliable in my opinion got one in my tower, only got 350W but also only have AMD 1800XP+
and Geforce FX5900XT, changed to it because had restarts and unstable system before, check this one out:
    Enermax Power Supply

As far as I know they got good ratings, at the time I was looking...

Enermax is VERY good, but expensive. It is what I have and I am well-pleased. Antec is also very highly-regarded. For a PSU with great reviews and a more reasonable price, Thermaltake has a good range. Additionally OCZ makes a pretty nice PSU now. Those choices should do you. Check them out at newegg.com.
