StrokeIt is one of my favorite. Doesn't behave 100% well in Vista, but I started using it in XP days, and now can't do without it. The learning curve is minimal, and once you get used to it, you'll not be able to dump it.

When ppl see me using the computer with that installed, their eyes get wide open with surprise, curiosity and confusion, and immediately ask "How did you do that?".
