It's not only about the looks, KamisoriX. Functionality is much more important. Just think off Windows Vista. It looks great, especially if you change some of Aero's settings. But compared to Windows XP or (K)ubuntu, its functionality could have been better.

No wait, Vista does not look great. Ubuntu users should install and try out Compiz, then it is clear why.

The more i used it, the less i began to like it.
And since i have my new pc i haven't used it once anymore, no need to.
I always ran Ubuntu with KDE, or Debian with KDE

I've been using ubuntu on my laptop for a few years now. I've used plenty of other distros in the past, but now I'm just going with what's giving me the least grief.
