I agree with you GM. Though in my view, Opera 9 is as fast as FF 2 and thus those two share their number 1 positions. But I actually use Opera more than FF when running windows, though Ubuntu is FF-only in my case (v3, beta 5).

For those being interested, here is the link to Opera's site: Opera browser: Home page By the way, if you wish to give it a try, you should try out speed dial and of course the various skins (I recommend the classic one, because of it's good usabillity)

Chrome actually reached 1% marketshare within 10 hours. That makes it marketshare about the same as Opera.. Market share for browsers, operating systems and search engines

*these numbers do not correctly display the entire market as the biggest market (China) is extremely poorly documented and would display whatever browser red crown linux uses as the biggest browser next to FF and IE.

how is the current version of opera? Is it still bloated? I'm currently using ff with adblock+/sessionsaver don't need anything else, but I'm willing to try it again.

Man, it rules. On Windows I mainly use FF because of my university's Digital Learning Environment (Blackboard 7), which is not Opera-compatible diue to the new log-on system that is being in use since a few months.

Question Bringing back to life and old topic...

SO now that chrome has been out for almost 1 year, I'm curious to hoe you guy are receiving it. I personally use it on a day to day basis, and love it. Granted it's slightly more difficult to do add-ons but it's more of a do-it-yourself browser. So who else has switched to chrome?
