GRAW for PC just overall sucked from 360 version in Singleplayer, dunno about MP.
So i dunno if thats true for Vegas. There are some engine tweeks and it has some better lighting effects. But overall Vegas is different game with not much story in it. But yeah I would agree that Ubi is taking a thing or 2 from EA's book and I hope it dose not continue.

I got Vegas for 360. It was kinda fun, but just think GRAW 360 in Vegas with a bit of easy to access squadplay with the simultaneous breach + clear a room from different angles thing. Ultimately the PC version will feel very toned down in the tactical department, but it's a fun 360 game once you've got bored of Gears of War.
I got the camera too, where you can paste your picture onto a generic head shape. It's cool, but now I look bald with my spiky hair squashed onto a flat head! :P |

Been with RAINBOW(+ Eagle Watch, Urban Crisis, BrokenWing) since day one, spent hundreds of hours Planning & Playing
![]() ![]() ![]() Those were the days Rogue Spear(+ Covert Ops, Urban Operations, Black Thorn) came along & many more weeks were spent Planning & Sniping ![]() ![]() ![]() Just when you thought it could not get any greater, along comes Ravenshield(+ Athena Sword & countless Mods) the holiest of them all  ![]() ![]() ![]() Then there was Lockdown :bangin: i'm not wasting my time on that piece of :pooh: & on to Vegas which i thought i'd hate after seeing Locococodown but even w/o the planning or the realism.. i enjoyed Vegas (PC) (one gripe is the way most of the game Dev's are shortening/chopping up games so they can make more profit, but not dropping the price to reflect the hours of gameplay you miss out on.... it's like buying a new car & having to pay extra for the engine then trying to drive off only to find out you have no wheels :Oo: ) Of course there was the Awesome GhostRecon which took the best elements from the first two Rainbow titles, mixed it up with some stunning new developments & gave you large outdoor environments to pick the enemy off on. Please put the Planning back into the Rainbow titles + the one shot one kill enemy with hawk eyes. Bravo GO GO GO ;) |

honestly the best in the series was rough spear. RvS was fun but they kinda bumbed down alot and it was buggy as hell. who doesn't remember the ledders that had crazy glue aplied to them and got you stuck there for the rest of the round unless someone got ya. RvS AS had that funny multiplayer part where you had to cuff the enemy. But still Rough Spear marked the highpoint of tactical shooter. i remember spending hours on end just making the perfect plan and just lean back watching my babes executing it. like 2 hours planing for a 15 minute mission...those where the times ladies.
