Default DragonSky -Martial arts for REAL

Channel your inner Bruce Lee with the new Kung Fu game, DRAGONSKY offered by Aeria Games. Now, I am a casual player of the game, and not a grind-aholic, so I'm not an uber high level. I am, however, a lover of martial arts games, and I can honestly say this is one of the most fun I have tried. If you seek a game where you can kill stuff with cool moves, all the while listening to some really interesting music in a Chinese setting, then this is the game for you.

To begin, you can choose to be in either the dragon clan or the tiger clan. (If I were higher level, I might know what difference this will make, but for now, it seems just a difference in clothes). Customize your character's appearance (warning: girls are rather well endowed and scantily clad, at least in the beginning) and choose your weapon: fists, sword, spear or hammer. At higher levels, you can choose nunchuks and dual weapons. The moves in this game are different than other martial arts games, in that they are longer combinations, can take on multiple mobs, and are generally a bit more realistic looking. Killing a mob can sometimes take a few hits, but it is keeping with the more natural looking kung fu that is this game's hallmark. Don't look for a nuker/mage/sorcerer in this game. There are no ranged attacks. You actually have to run up and hit the mob! Talk about realistic kung fu! You are helped by having buffs and heals (if you choose those skills) and there are potions to help with your life and energy. And the kung fu is really kickazz. It actually looks like Bruce Lee taking on the whole dojo!

Quests are plentiful and the game helps you out by having automatic routing to the spots you need. There is crafting and collecting in this game, but I am not yet doing any of that. So far, I am just enjoying the moves. As you level up, you gain access to new martial arts books, which allow your character new moves. So far, the moves, music and quests are enough to keep me interested. I'll let you know how it goes as it gets to the harder grind of the higher levels. But for now, this game makes me WANT to grind, just to watch it and listen to it. Check it out!
